Documentation titles in PDFs are duplicated

Titles of PDF versions of EAP documentation are duplicated. Html versions are correct:

HTML: title, then "for use with.." text, then edition, then logo, then authors
PDF: title, then "for use with..." text, then NO edition, then logo, then authors and then once again (this time not styled) title, "for use" text, edition, NO logo, authors and twice Copyright text

This affects EAP 4.3 pdfs as well as EAP 5 online pdfs.
