jbossws-users.properties in EAP noauth bundle has commented default user and password

      Commenting default user and password for jbossws-users.properties was requested in JBPAPP-5229.
      Auth version of EAP 4.3.0_CP09.CR1 is fine, only noauth bundle has problem for testing. Not product issue, only issue for internal testing.

      Checked JBPAPP_4_2_0_GA_CP branch and generated data has uncomment default user and password for jbossws-users.properties
      ./build.sh -Dbuild.unsecure=true clean main
      Maybe noauth zip is not generated again from source codes but from auth version.

      This issue affects JBossWS testsuite, 18 tests failed with HTTP Error 401 Unauthorized.
