jboss-naming has a split repolib and weird directory structure in repository.jboss.org

This package has two replib subpackages, probably because the server and the client JARs are stored
into different thirdparty directories This is the 'jnp' stuff, it is not called jboss-naming actually.
Maybe we can get rid of this problem by uploading everything to jnp.
