Admin console secured after Graphical Install specifying no JAAS security for admin console

      After executing a graphical install and deselecting all checkboxes on the JMX Console security screen, the admin console is secured by the new JAAS domain.

      To reproduce:
      1. Install with graphical installer.
      2. On JMX Console page, deselect all check boxes
      3. Enter admin123 as password
      4. Continue install
      5. After install, start server in production mode
      6. Go to 127.0.0.1:8080
      7. Click on Admin console

      Result: Password challenge requiring admin/admin123 to open admin console

      Expected: Admin console should open with no authentication.
