Replace HornetQ references for HornetQ release

A number of changes were made to the EAP 5.1 documentation in order to avoid referencing HornetQ prior to its release. These references should be replaced post-GA when HornetQ is ready for product release alongside EAP.

The changes I made are outlined below. For ease of parsing I will add comments on a per-document basis.
