Seam is using last builds from BREW facelets-1.1.15-0.b1.4.jdk6.ep5.el4 and facelets-1.1.15-0.b1.4.jdk6.ep5.el5.
Both builds have unspecified version:
Implementation-version: ${release.version}
instead of
Implementation-version: 1.1.15.B1
B1 in 1.1.15 can be replaced by whatever want - it specifies build number, but 1.1.15 should be there
