    Description

      Andy, you remove this file but Clebert once said, if I understood correctly, that he would prefer that this file would remain in client for interoperation with servers that use JBM (or so that client can be used for both).

      I made the change Clebert requested in the RPM but not in your script, QE is complaining, so we should make it consistent.

      Would you please talk to Clebert and make a decision as to include it or not? Many thanks.
