Rename persistence service config file for JBoss Messaging.

The name of the persistence service config file for jboss messaging is

jboss-as/server/default/deploy/jboss-messaging.sar/hsqldb-persistence-service.xml
jboss-as/server/all/deploy/jboss-messaging.sar/clustered-hsqldb-persistence-service.xml
jboss-as/server/production/deploy/jboss-messaging.sar/clustered-hsqldb-persistence-service.xml

The 'all' and 'production' config have a clustered config for JBM.
The references to this file name in the DB config section in the server configuration guide and in any other places need to be updated.
Currently it is hsqldb-persistence-service.xml at all places.
