      Possible solutions:
      (1) Modify stack main pom.xml, add to <pluginsManagement> section

      <configuration>
      <encoding>UTF-8</encoding>
      </configuration>
      </plugin>

      (2) Change file WrappedEndpointImpl.java, remove 2 lines

      From my POV is (1) better, workaround exists.
