Getting started guide does not describe how to build the seamejb3 example - inconsistent with jsfejb3 example

The getting started guide has detailed instructions and sample ant output for building the jsfejb3 example but there are no instructions for building the seamejb3. The process is essentially the same with some file name changes. It might need its own section, but maybe point to the other build instructions.
