Apache HTTPD and mod_cluster version needs to be shipped with EAP

Figuring out how to bundle, install, get the correct versions of HTTPD for mod_cluster is a huge pain in the but. This needs to be delivered with EAP as this is a huge gap in our offerings, as Websphere does this already.
