Upgrade nekohtml to 0.9.3

We have

nekohtml0-0.9.3-3.ep5.el4 dist-4E-ep-5-candidate yyang

but the EAP AS component-matrix has:

<dependency>
<groupId>nekohtml</groupId>
<artifactId>nekohtml</artifactId>
<version>0.9.1</version>
</dependency>

So, if we cannot get a build for 0.9.1, we need to try and upgrade nekohtml to 0.9.3 in the EAP AS branch.

We need first to have this uploaded in maven2-brew so we can see what happens to the testsuite (and build of course) when we upgrade.
