The missing reference numbers for explanation resulted in loosing connection between source code lines and Explanatory notes.

I can see in docbook src that this was commented due to some errorrs. It relates to <callout arearefs="">.

If it is not possible to use callouts in programlisting, we should use any other ways how to link the explanatory notes with the correct line in source code block.
