Fix Seam templates so they will work correctly in EAP 5 when used from JBDS

    Description

      RF-8436 (which really should be a Seam issue) were supposed to have been fixed in EAP 5.0 for the release with JBDS 3. It has not.

      Could we get this fix ASAP in both EAP 5.0.x and upcoming EAP 5.1 so Seam applications generated via JBDS will not fail when trying to load stylesheets ? (the problem is that the templates in seam are wrong - they assume AS put the root of the web folder onto the classpath, something AS 4 did but AS 5 stopped doing (for good reason)).

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JBPAPP-4259 seam-gen should not use resources:// for things that are in web/view content - back port the fix from JBSEAM-4543
