JBossWS - Fix JBossWS Specific API Jars Endorsing

Currently there are only the following jars endorsed in EAP distribution:

• serializer.jar
• xalan.jar
• xercesImpl.jar

There should be also:

• jboss-saaj.jar,
• jboss-jaxws.jar
• jaxb-api.jar

This will:

• allow our customers to run EAP on all JVM's without patching webservices endorsing
• help our support to don't waste their time answering JBossWS endorsing questions

This solutions is also proper one and works well on all JVMs (including Java 5)
