              Customer needs the fixes for JBPAPP-3971 and JBPAPP-3972.
      LONG DESCRIPTION:
              Prior to this fix remote access to JDBC datasources would break under heavy concurrent access and might also cause an OOME due to unnecessary object retention.
      MANUAL INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
              These instructions are for JBoss EAP 4.3 CP03.
              Remove <JBOSS_HOME>/server/<profile>/lib/jboss-common-jdbc-wrapper.jar
              Copy the new jboss-common-jdbc-wrapper.jar to <JBOSS_HOME>/server/<profile>/lib/
      COMPATIBILITY:
              no known usages and known combinations that don't work
