Similar to JBPAPP-3614.

Simple scenario: mod_cluster and 4 JBoss nodes are deployed. When a JBoss server gracefully shuts down (invoked via JMX), some sessions result in status 503.

This is severe, since taking away servers from the cluster hurts HA.
