On windows, a file is left behind occoasionally resulting in the server not being able to be restarted

    Description

      Occasionally a file is left behind in the data directory as shown in the attached screen shot that has a left over windows lock on it and it appears JBoss has locked the file. I have to use unlocker.exe to unlock the file. On restart the attached log shows the error.
