Description
The jar installer does not work over X11 forwarding.
The EAP is available as a zip file and a java jar installer. The jar installer cannot be used according to the instructions in the Installation Guide over an ssh session with X11 forwarding. Instead (unless there is some undocumented magic to make it work that can be supplied), for a remote server you must use the zip file method of installation.
