      A Seam section of release notes should contain a little different information:

      Fixed Issues:

      1) this section shouldn't contain JBPAPP-3112, JBPAPP-1832,
      2) this section should contain JBPAPP-3111 (Wrong colors in seam itext example in JFreeChart (HTML))

      Known Issues (section totally missing):
      1) this section should contain JBPAPP-3138 (BlogTest unit tests fail on all platforms), JBPAPP-3176 - look at Marek Novotny's comment from 30/Nov/09 06:53 AM, JBPAPP-3187 (junitreport ant tag in seam_dir/build.xml doesn't work on IBM Java 1.5,1.6)
