    Description

      After JBossWS Native 3.1.2.SP3 was tagged some further pom.xml changes were made as patches in brew, these need porting to the maintenance branch for JBossWS.

      At the same time some of the dependencies are not referring to artefacts as they are currently in the repository so these need to be checked and synchronised.

      The changes allow 'mvn install' to work but introduced problems with 'ant deploy-jboss501' also the testsuite need to be able to build and run.

      Also possibly add the repositories to the pom.xml so local configuration is not required to add maven2 and maven2-brew
