JBoss overwiting java.library.path when native libs available

    Description

      run.sh was overwriting the java.library.path if native was found.
      The fix properly merges the existing java.library.path with the native library path instead overwriting it.

      The fix is already present in the SVN, and I'm just opening this issue for tracking purposes.
