    Description

      Some of the localizations need fixing:
      -Need a pt-BR EULA
      -jp EULA copyrite at the bottom is untranslated and the term "conflict of laws"
      -The tag line "JBoss by Red Hat" is translated for some, while not for (cn,jp,de)... and the fr one is "JBoss, une division de Red Hat" which is our old tag line
      -PacksPanel.tip word "(greyed out)" is not translated in pt-BR
      -ShortcutPanel.regular.list in chn.xml has the string "Program Group"
