The i18n makefiles from the JEMS installer (see parent task JBPAPP-2370) are designed to use inkscape to generate localized PNGs from SVG source files.

If these images are still generated from SVGs, could someone please update frame[123456].svg in images/ ?

Alternatively, if the images are maintained in some other format, perhaps they could be converted to SVG?

If that's not possible, we need to find some other way of extracting text from the image, replacing text with a translation, and generating PNGs from the translated version.
