RESTEasy examples uses upstream community jars to build and run

      All RESTEasy examples are maven based and pulls down dependencies and RESTEasy jars from http://repository.jboss.org/maven2 repo which has the community release of RESTEasy to build and run.
      These examples should be modified to use the jars built for EAP.
