      These file are present when installing from RPMs but are not present in the zip distro:

      docs/dtd/catalog

      server/all/deploy/management/console-mgr.sar/web-console.war/WEB-INF/context.xml
      server/default/deploy/management/console-mgr.sar/web-console.war/WEB-INF/context.xml
      server/production/deploy/management/console-mgr.sar/web-console.war/WEB-INF/context.xml

      $ cat context.xml
      <Context allowLinking="true">
      </Context>

      The context.xml file is needed to allow links to jars for the web-console.

      What about the catalog file (attached)?
