No jstl.jar library provided with RPMs for RichFaces and Struts

      There is one jstl.jar library installed in /usr/share/java/spring2/unsupported/j2ee/jstl.jar, but this belongs to spring2 and its version is 1.1.2. But RichFaces and Struts were tested with jstl.jar library, version 1.1.1, which is completely missing from RPM installation.
