The docs for all components within the WFK are scattered/duplicated across multiple bundles.
We need to consolidate them in the docs bundle, for which the doc distribution is intended for.

Current Packaging:
GWT:
Binary Dist: jboss-wfk-1.0/gwt/doc/ (javadocs, helpinfo)
Doc Bundle: jboss-wfk-1.0/doc/gwt (javadocs)

RIchFaces:
Binary Dist: jboss-wfk-1.0/richfaces/docs, jboss-wfk-1.0/richfaces/apidocs, jboss-wfk-1.0/richfaces/tlddoc
Doc Bundle: jboss-wfk-1.0/doc/richfaces/docs/highlight (This is empty?) , jboss-wfk-1.0/doc/richfaces/framework/api

Struts:
Binary Dist: jboss-wfk-1.0/struts/docs (exact contents exist in the docs bundle
Doc Bundle: jboss-wfk-1.0/doc/struts/ (has 2 different versions of javadocs), the other one at jboss-wfk-1.0/doc/struts/docs/apidocs

Spring:
Bundles have changed between CR1 and CR2, so not sure on the exact contents that are needed. But same rules would apply for spring too.
