We want to have a single ui jar. The current richfaces ui jars are split, and the poms are split in the main richfaces package.

Upstream zips have three jars: api, impl, ui.

Currently, our richfaces RPM contains no jars, while the framework RPM has api and impl, and the ui RPM has the split ui jars.

What is the point of the richfaces base RPM?
