Tests failing when server bound to an IPV6 address due to HttpClient not supporting IPV6

    Description

      Lots of failures are caused by HttpClient library used in TestSuite which does not handle correctly IPV6. It refuses to store cookies returned from IPV6 requests. (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-654). This is not going to be fixed in HttpClient 3.X series. Moving to 4.X version seems to require lots of work.
