Here is the list of things that came to mind:

• Review issues that were resolved for 3.3.x annotations and entity manager
• Review diffs between the current CP and FP versions
• Execute a tool, such as JDiff (http://www.jdiff.org/), to identify changes in public APIs
• run tck on jbossas with the FP version of annotations and entity manager
• run the annotations and entity manager unit tests from the version used in the latest CP with the annoations, entity manager,commons-annotations from the latest FP (validator, and search jars from FP will not be included in the CP)
