The EJBTimerService is unable to create the TIMERS table when the table exists under a different schema in Oracle9i.
Similar case with uuid-key-generator in creating the HILOSEQUENCES table.

Out-of-the box when the user configures an Oracle9i datasource with a different user, this is expected to work.
