FP01 release notes need rpm installation instructions.

    Description

      Items like the rpm channels, and package names that are needed for users to install. There are src rpm links, but not instructions on how a user should install or add the feature pack channel.

      For example here is the EAP 4.3 install instr for rpm and rhn

      Because we are only going to have the release notes we need this information there instead of a separate installation guide for the FP.
