Shortcuts for server start & stop are missing if English is not used (Solaris)

Shortcuts for server start and server stop are not created on solaris once user use different language than English for installation.

Reproduce:
- run installation procedure using default values (shortcuts are installed by default), use different language than English
- check the shortcuts created by installer

Actual:
shortcuts for server start (6x - profiles), and shortcut for server stop are missing

Expected:
all shortcuts are created
- 6x server start
- server stop
- uninstall
- documentation
- 2x server management
- 4x demo applications
