junit.jar in not needed, but packaged with Seam distributions

unit is there because for some reason it is test dependency from testng
- org.testng:testng:jar:jdk15:5.1:test
- junit:junit:jar:3.8.1:test

It is not needed directly and should not be packaged in the dist.
