    Description

The jbossweb.jar in EAP 5.2.0 located in jboss-as\server\...\deploy\jbossweb.sar contains bad localization messages

      The following files:
      org/apache/coyote/http11/LocalStrings_fr.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/buf/res/LocalStrings_es.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/buf/res/LocalStrings_fr.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/http/res/LocalStrings_es.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/http/res/LocalStrings_fr.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/net/jsse/res/LocalStrings_fr.properties
      org/apache/tomcat/util/net/res/LocalStrings_fr.properties

Contain the character '?' instead of the correct character or the unicode character.

This makes the messages returned to a web application incorrect and not easy to understand.
