Provide a helper class for JAAS Security Domain encrypt/decrypt functions

A customer would like a documented way to encrypt/decrypt any application-level passwords that they may use. We can provide a util class which simplifies the handling of JAAS Security Domain for encryption/decryption of any password the customer like.
