~~JBPAPP-10804~~/~~JBPAPP-10805~~ made corrections to "run.bat" as to how the "-r" options works and where the run.conf.bat file is located.

service.bat needs to be likewise updated

JBPAPP-10804 run.bat -r option to use a custom run.conf.bat file causes options like -Dfoo=bar to fail

JBPAPP-10805 run.bat is lacking functionality present in run.sh to pick up "run.conf.bat" from inside profile directories
