~~JBPAPP-10408~~ broke the implementation of JSR-88 as it removed 'jos.close()' from the try block of a DeploymentManagerImpl#createDeployment(InputStream moduleArchive, String moduleName) method and moved it to the finally block which leads to renaming that temp file before its output stream was closed/flushed which results in a corrupted deployment and leaks the temp files into the tmp directory.

Due to this issue the TCKs fail to deploy test apps to the server and ends with an exception:
