The version of iText used by Seam PDF in previous releases of JBoss EAP 5 did not support multiple selections in lists.

Attempting to use multiple selections in instances such as the h:selectManyListbox tag in the iText example resulted in only one value appearing in generated PDF document.

This issue has been resoved in this release by changing the iText dependency from 2.1.2 to 2.1.7 and using multiple selections now works as expected.

iText example fill-in forms feature contains a multi-select field, but can't render it properly, as documented in JBPAPP-3546.
This should be either removed from the example and/or documented as a known issue.
