GUI Installer: Installer rejects valid maven repo as invalid when option to select maven repo with artifacts for building eap is selected for installing quickstarts

I tried to provide path to local-repo which is prepared during compilation and execution of EAP and EAP testsuite.I am sure this is valid repo as tests run fine using artifacts from this repo.

However installer produces pop-up saying it is Invalid Maven repo
