mead build fails complaining missing joda-time:joda-time:jar:1.6.2 during resolve-plugins if POM has maven-project-info-reports-plugin in <reporting>

Looks like maven-project-info-reports-plugin still depends on joda-time:joda-time:jar:1.6.2, however the version of joda-time in jb-eap-6-rhel-6-build repo now is 1.6.2-redhat-3.
