Remove ejb-name from IIOPConfigType

Currently the jboss-ejb-iiop_1_0.xsd schema contains an ejb-name in the IIOPConfigType element and it's redundant as it's already contained in a parent element. As a result, this needs to be removed as it causes validation issues.
