This is the xml analogue to EJBTHREE-2053 and the ejb analogue of JBMETA-294.

This will add 2 new elements to <cache-config>:

<cache-mode/> : either SYNCHRONOUS or ASYNCHRONOUS
<backups/> : integer, negative means total replication, 0 means local-only mode, positive means distribution mode, using the specified number of backups.
