CCI information

Add CCI information to the RAR information tool for each ManagedConnectionFactory.

The <connectionfactory-interface> element should be check if it is assignable from javax.resource.cci.ConnectionFactory, and the output should be

   Validating: No
   CCI: No

Possible values: Yes, No, Unknown.
