Check if the newly created DNS entry actually starts responding a few times before giving control back to user

      openshift wizard at create application time should ping the app url in similar manner like the command line client.

      It tries 10 times or so and can be cancelled if user doesnt want to wait.

      While it waits we should give progress update and provide a way to cancel it.
