Openshift Express: the dialog, that allows you to create a new application does not enforce you select a cartridge

When you create a new application on openshift express, you'd have to select a cartridge. Our wizard does not enforce that selection. Neither the combo is decorated with an error marker nor the finish button is disabled if you dont have a cartridge selected.
