A section of jboss central should list a set of plugins/features that can be installed into JBoss Tools/Developer Studio based on a remote description/site.

We need to find which API we'll use (I assume mylyn), document it and have release engineering/nick boldt and PM's approval of how this is presented and maintained.

The UI should be able to handle there not being any remote description available - i.e. initially this part will only be maintained in JBDS and not in jboss tools.

Having a product preference key that can be set for testing/final product is thus important.
