- Import projects from attached test-peojects.zip
. - Open /web-project-without-FacesServlet/test.html in VPE
ASSERT
No 'Missing Natures' dialog should be shown.

added a comment - 1. This case takes place only in test environment, I have added the required entry to plugin.properties.
2. Preference JBoss Tools -> Web -> Editors -> 'Show warning when project has no JBossTools capabilities' is bound to the dialog.

added a comment - 1. There is a missing message bundle in the following warning message of Quick Fix:
JBoss Tools Knowledge Base problem: Nature/Builder is not installed on project. Use Quick Fix to enable %KB_REQUIRED_FOR_FACET Content Assistant and Validation.
2. It's imposible to re-enable the dialog if you check "don't show this dialog".

added a comment - Now, only KB builder problem markers are checked, and if project has them, the dialog prompts to completely enable JSF code completion and validation by fixing those problems. Even if there may be/appear cases that are not covered by existing project validation, we do not need to modify the dialog to implement them, builder just has to add problem marker for such cases.
