Error when opening workspace with JSF project created with older version

    Description

      1. Open workspace with JSF Kick Start Project created using previous version of JBDS/JBT.

      There are these two errors in Problems view:

      • EL Validator cannot run on project jsf because Validation Builder precedes JBoss Knowledge Base Builder.
      • JSF Composite Component Validator cannot run on project jsf because Validation Builder precedes JBoss Knowledge Base Builder.

      There should be no errors when user opens workspace created with older JBDS/JBT
